- All original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging must be intact.

- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may initiate a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.
