2. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped from our warehouse. Once approved, a full refund will be initiated.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may request a return or exchange if eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Bulk & Customized Orders

Orders placed for bulk quantities, customized garments, private labeling, uniforms, or specially manufactured products cannot be canceled once production has started or the order has been dispatched.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

• A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• If payment was made using Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is applicable unless payment has already been collected.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled:

• Orders that have already been shipped.
• Customized or personalized garments.
• Bulk manufacturing or wholesale orders after production has started.
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale unless they are damaged or defective.

• Reason for Cancellation

Our support team will verify your request and inform you whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment verification failure, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.
